A list of policies to protect our integrity as store owners, and keep you safe and informed as customers.

We design our products to be chew proof (except for water bucket holders), heat resistant, durable and safe for your dogs. If there are any hazards that we can predict, they will be explicitly listed in item description. Reading the provided information is important. Reach out to us via social media direct message, text message, or email with any questions you may have prior to purchase.

Shipping times are separate from production times. Please allow 5–7 days for production, followed by an additional 3–5 days for delivery.

If you need a refund on an order for any reason, contact us first. We are open to refunds on a case by case basis, and even more willing to comply if we have yet to begin printing your order. The sooner you contact us, the better. 

All pre-made items under our "Premade Items" tab are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If you have any questions about information not provided in item descriptions or on the website, reach out to us. We are responsive and have all information readily available, as the work phone is on our person all day between 8AM-8PM Monday through Saturday. If you don't inquire, continue to purchase, and request to return or receive a refund for your products for a reason we could have addressed prior to purchase, we reserve the right to deny your request.

Returning used products (even if it's only been installed once) adds the risk of the unknown to resale, as we have no way of confirming what products were subjected to once they are shipped. We will not accept returns, only administer store credit. Exchanges will be accepted on a case by case basis for matching monetary value.

Sundays we do not carry the work phone. Expect a response Monday morning at 8AM.

We have a 30 day warranty on structural failure. Structural failure is the cracking or deformation of a 3D printed product that causes it to lose its intended strength or function. It does not include damage from misuse, excessive force, improper installation, modification, environmental exposure, or normal wear and tear. We design, print, and test each of our products. We are intimately familiar with their weak points and their strengths. We will know when damage is due to misuse or due to failure.

There may be small cosmetic flaws in products, due to fluctuations in printing environments, differences in material composition, or even changes in environment during shipping. Despite the chance of these flaws, you will not be sent a structurally unsound product. On the off chance there are structural issues, please reach out to us as soon as you can.
